The process of approving offices to be established in the Dubai region is carried out by the Dubai Municipality, or DM Dubai, in accordance with Dubai law. Before you can obtain any approval from the Dubai municipality, a number of requirements and documents must be submitted. The building where the office will be located and its purpose will be the first things that the Dubai Municipality may inspect.
